Abstract of Presentation

This presentation explores how a Student Progression Task Force addressed key challenges in readiness and retention for online graduate students. Cross-departmental collaboration resulted in improved retention rates through a new student onboarding redesign, automated communications, and a custom report identifying at-risk students. Attendees will learn how to implement a Task Force that results in strategies for streamlining support, enhancing engagement, and creating a cohesive experience from application to graduation.
