We're here to help
The Student Services department at USU supports students by offering a variety resources as they work towards the goal of graduation. Student Services oversees the maintenance of all student records, admissions criteria, course registration and status changes, and transcript evaluation.
Your student advocate strives to understand concerns, explain relevant policies and procedures, and provide guidance. By tailoring their support to your individual situation, your advocate helps you move successfully through your program. As part of your graduation team, your student advocate makes sure you have the resources and information you need to become a successful graduate.
Take a moment to meet the advocates and learn how they can help you achieve your goals.
Common areas they can assist with are:
- Utilizing and accessing student success resources
- Helping you understand policies and procedures
- Assisting with professor outreach
- Future registration questions
- One-on-one advising, in person or over the phone
