Become a Certified Dietary Manager in as little as 4 Months!

The Certified Dietary Manager Program prepares the student to become qualified as a dietary manager and fosters career growth through continuing education.

Successful completion of this course culminates in the student taking the examination to be recognized as a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP.)

Dietary Managers are trained and qualified to manage menus, purchase and prepare food while incorporating nutrition principles, document nutritional information and ensure food safety in healthcare facilities and institutional food services.

This self-paced program can be completed in 4-12 months and includes:

  • ANFP approved modules
  • Online lectures
  • Online registered dietitian preceptor provided by Nutricopia, Inc.
  • Textbooks and manuals
  • California Title 22 regulations module
